- Badezimmer mit Waschtisch, Dusche und WC. Der Eingang zum Badezimmer befindet sich im Schlafzimmer.

This apartment is about 30 square meters in size and offers space for 2 to 3 adults. The rooms are next to each other but are not directly connected as an apartment. Therefore this apartment with smaller children is not very suitable. The breakdown is as follows:
- Kitchen with hob, small oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, tea maker, toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils.
- Farmhouse parlour with tiled stove, dining table, sofa bed (100x200cm), sideboard and flat screen TV.
- Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, flat screen TV and sitting area.
- Bathroom with washbasin, shower and WC. The entrance to the bathroom is in the bedroom.
